Paisaunt‘s second album “Life and Other Horrors” is dedicated to the Absurdist philosophy, which asserts that human beings inherently seek meaning in a chaotic, irrational, and meaningless universe.
This unavoidable conflict between the human desire for order and the indifferent, silent world creates “the Absurd”.
Rather than advocating for despair or suicide, absurdism calls for recognizing this absurdity, rebelling against it by creating a personal meaning, and living life passionately despite its ultimate lack of purpose.
Paisaunt creates highly melodic Black Metal with atmospheric & Rock ‘n’ Roll elements.
