The song still haunts and inspires us as artists, stirring something deep within. While we revere Vangelis’ mastery, we felt compelled to unravel the tale from a darker, more folkloric perspective—one not of grand adventurers, but of the forgotten settlers and ancient tribes, burdened by the weight of their culture as they wander into the unknown, far from the lands they once called home.”
