Vinteraske‘s “Nocturne” reflects the mental and emotional turmoil A. experienced while writing it.
The album’s title was chosen because every single song was created overnight, making the entire record a work of the night—a nocturne.
While the music draws inspiration from modern post-black metal and blackgaze, it also incorporates numerous elements from post-rock and various “core” genres.
